Thank you for choosing our products. BRvision offers standard pricing with one year warranty from S/N date . For warranty claims, please contact with our after sales service via and they will do all they can to assist you.

Customer's Responsibility

The customer should thoroughly read and understand Installation and User Guides before operating any product.

• The customer must notify BRvision within 2 weeks (after receipt of products) of any missing or defective products. We do ask and would appreciate receiving photographic evidence of how the goods are received when reporting missing items or a description of the defect and complete information about the manner of its discovery, if the product is deemed to have a fault.

• All warranty servicing of this product must be performed exclusively by BRvision or an authorized servicing agent.

• Warranty extends only to defects in materials as outlined in the preceding section.

The limited warranty and right to return of products is not extended to:

• The customer has had a change of mind and no longer wants the product

• You ordered the wrong product

• Products or parts that have been lost or discarded by the customer

• Damage to products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, or improper maintenance

• Use contrary to instructions furnished with the product; or to units that have been altered or modified without authorization of BRvision

• Products or parts that have had the serial numbers removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible

• Loss or damage caused by burglary, fire, flood, war, riot, civil disruption, acts of God, or any other condition beyond the control of BRvision

• Extended use or normal wear and tear of a product.

• A product that has been disassembled or altered in any way by the customer after receipt

• A product that is outside of the warranty period.

WHAT can be returned?

All products sold by BRvision are covered by 1 year warranty. Please check the item serial number for further warranty information. For example: S/N number 201601N0001, is for an item that was produced by Jan. 2016, so the warranty period will be from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017.

1. Shipping charge responsibility of warranty returns: BRvision will pay all shipping charges from the customer’s company to BRvision factory.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges from BRvision factory to their destination. 

2. When a product requires service, please send the defect product image and S/N(serial number) an email to 

3. The defective products must be returned. The customer must use proper packing material to ensure against damage during shipping. Any shipping damage caused by improper packing is not covered under warranty. 

4. In addition, every customer need offer the weight , volume and number of defective product.

Two year, Three year, or Greater warranty

We also accept two year warranty, three year warranty, five year warranty or more at customer’s request with 5% extra cost for each extra year.
